We are With Grace Hospice, a medical team that provides quality end of life comfort care when a cure is no longer possible. We are committed to providing peace, dignity & comfort to our patients and their families and our vision is to provide community, relief and global outreach.
We are partnering with the local vendors and will be hosting a Fall Wellness Event where our community can get connected to great resources that promote well-being to folks in all stages of life.
The event offers, raffle prizes, free massages, free fitness classes, DJ music provided by Island Breeze, Mama Roc’s Puerto Rican Food Truck, a Kids Court and more! We come together in service to celebrate community and wellness.
